Acme AI Ltd. is a full-service AI and frontier technology enterprise. We support development and augmentation of artificial intelligence systems in the space of agricultural AI, retail automation, robotics, medical AI, climate, among many more. We serve global clients across commercial enterprises and academic institutions.
The Management Trainee programme is designed to give graduate students or young professionals looking for hands-on exposure to AI data operations and delivery. Performance will be closely monitored during the traineeship, and successful candidates may be offered permanent employment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Management Trainee, you are primarily responsible for supporting daily operations across Acme AI's global AI supply chain and projects from a management and operations lens. General duties pertaining to this role include (but not limited to):
- Track and monitor AI data operations activities, ensuring timely reporting to central business stakeholders and tertiary partners.
- Support national and global AI projects in regards to execution and delivery.
- Support in customer relationship management process development and engaging in strategic liaison.
- Assist in developing business proposals, presentations, blogs, whitepapers, and case studies and participate in the amplification of Acme AI's voice.
- Conduct structured market research to generate business insights and AI trends.
EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technical and/or management disciplines.
- High English language proficiency in both speaking and writing.
- Strong critical thinking (research and data analysis), original writing, and presentation skills would be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in general Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools. Please let us know if there are any additional tools you can work in - even the weird ones like game engines!
WORK DETAILS
This is an entry-level, full-time position reporting to Operations and Business Development Leads. Our general workweek is from Sunday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Location of work is at Acme AI HQ, Level 5, House 385, Road 6, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216.
Stipend/Salary: During the traineeship, a fixed allowance, BDT 18,000, will be provided. Upon successful evaluation and confirmation after six months, the incumbent will be offered a confirmed Sr. Associate/Officer role at Acme AI Ltd.
