KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
General responsibilities include:
- Validate and analyze video-based alerts with accuracy and consistency
- Ensure proper classification and tagging as per project guidelines
- Maintain high levels of focus and attention to detail during live monitoring
- Communicate observations effectively with internal teams
- Preparing structured summaries, reports, or documentation for internal use
- Meet daily/weekly performance metrics and quality benchmarks
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to project data policies
EXPERIENCE + QUALIFICATION
- An undergraduate degree in business or a technology background
- 0–2 years of professional experience (female freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Be able to work independently, responsibly, and with strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Must be disciplined, responsible, and capable of working independently
WORK DETAILS
This is a full-time position, where you’ll be working in a supportive, fast-paced environment with access to learning and development opportunities.
- Type: Full-time; onsite. Remote work may be granted only to candidates who meet project requirements and possess a suitable remote-work setup
- Location: Acme AI Ltd., Level 5, House 385, Road 6, Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka 1216
- Salary: BDT 16,000–18,000 (based on experience and aptitude)
- Work Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days workweek.
- This is a 24/7 live project that requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- You may be assigned to any shift based on project requirements.
- Bonus: Working on the night shift has bonus entitlements
